Individual Life Coaching

"What we have to express is already with us, it is us, so the creative task is not a matter of making the material come, but of releasing the obstacles to its natural flow."

This is a unique body- based coaching approach for those who want to cultivate their self-expression and strengthen inner resources to support them in any situation.

By developing compassion and acceptance for ourselves on all levels: mental, emotional, spiritual and physical, we can open more to what we truly want to create in our lives and embrace change and transformation.

Whatever our response to life events, when this is expressed creatively (through movement , drawing and writing) something mystical can happen. The shape or quality of our movement , or our artefact can become a witness to our life in its own right offering us new possibilities , new directions , new perspectives. Our art making becomes the process through which we can grow and shape our lives.

One to one sessions can include : looking at your baseline wants and needs in your life right now, setting personal intentions, identifying activities to help meet these intentions, exploring your movement anddrawing responses to your life themes, and creating a dialogue between these and any issues of the moment.
